Screen printed parts are very similar to diecut parts. TechFilm will use either a .dwg or .dxf file to order a matching screen or stencil. Screen prints have the capability of getting more intricate than dies. In some cases, depending on how planar the substrate, we can print directly on to the customer's parts.

Films or preforms can be provided in a roll format.
A sheet or strip of solid adhesive that gives the customer the ability to use the adhesive for multiple projects. They are available with the reinforcement of a non-woven medium. Our general guidelines are: up to 20" width and 24" length and up to 5 mils thick.
Adhesive films custom fabricated to mirror intricate part design. TechFilm will use either a .dwg or .dxf file and create a steel rule die to match. Die Cut parts are available with a reinforcement of nonwoven medium.
